Return & Refund Policy
At EagleFANS Championship Ring, we want you to shop with confidence.
1) Return / Exchange Eligibility
If your item is damaged during shipping (e.g., scratches, compression damage), please contact us as soon as possible at at0593@icloud.com with clear photos.
After confirmation, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
If you receive the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement within 7 business days from the delivery date after verification.
2) Non-Returnable Items
- Customized / personalized products are non-returnable, except for:
- damaged in transit
- wrong item received
- missing item
- Size exchanges are not accepted if the wrong size was selected by the buyer.
3) Change-of-Mind Returns
If you no longer want a non-personalized item, you may request a return within 8 days of delivery.
A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
4) How to Request a Return
To start a return, email at0593@icloud.com and include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product photos (if damaged/wrong item)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
5) Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds are typically completed within 7–15 business days, depending on your payment provider/bank.
6) Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (posting delays may occur).
- Contact your bank (processing time may apply).

7) Additional Notes
- Typical return/replacement processing time is 2–4 weeks (may be longer during peak seasons).
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Returned packages (including original packaging) must be in acceptable condition and not intentionally damaged or defaced.
