4) Production Time (Made-to-Order Rings)

Our Premium Series rings are handcrafted and made to order to ensure top quality.
Production takes approximately 15 days before shipment.

5) Order Cut-Off Time

17:00 (GMT+08:00), Hong Kong Time

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

6) Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We will also provide order status updates during processing and transit.
